Every care is taken to ensure that all goods submitted for embroidery and printing by a customer are returned in the condition in which they were received. However, it should be understood that they will be subjected to a mechanical process in both print and embroidery and during unpicking and the embroidery of the initials to be redone.
By agreeing for Brand Savvy LTD to undertake any garment decoration it is solely the responsibility of you the customer to check the suitability of that garment.
Any and all items submitted to Brand Savvy LTD, which are the property of the customer or any third party on whose behalf the customer is acting, are submitted entirely at the customer’s own risk. Brand Savvy LTD cannot be liable to replacing or reimbursing any damaged goods. You the customer, are agreeing to this and other Ts & Cs set out by www.Brand Savvy Limited.co.uk
By using the Facebook, Instagram or image upload function to order a personalized item you are giving us your permission to use your images in order to produce the item that you are ordering. These images will not be used for any other purpose by us nor will they be given to any third party. Your copyright remains intact. By using this service you are also acknowledging that you own the copyright or have permission to use the images from the copyright owner and that you agree to defend and indemnify Brand Savvy Ltd from any breech of copyright law - including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, (b) your use of the Site, (c) your connection to the Site, (d) your violation of the Agreement or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We process payments through Paypal and Stripe and so no credit/debit card information is stored on our website.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
By confirming your order you agree to our terms and conditions. Cancellations can be accepted within 7days but an administration fee of £20 will apply.
We are unable to issue refunds for personalized items.
Your consumer right still apply with regards to faulty goods.
